I have taken an appointment for my parents in chennai consulate, later my father expired with heartattack, already we paid Rs4800 DD on my father name, my mother is planning to attend, can you please suggest me, Is there any way get my father money back.
I sent a mail to VFS, they mentioned talk to Consulate officer, but am not sure how do I reach them. It would be great if u provide this information too.
