Cancelled visa interview thrice. Will I have a problem? Seniors members pls advise.

On my employer's 'recommendation', I have cancelled my visa interview thrice (26th december being the 3rd time). Now, I'll have to wait for 3 months before booking for a interview. Will this affect my chances for the visa when I eventually attend the interview? Seniors members pls advise.

upto my knowledge Cancelling an inteview is not abig problem..
employer means in india or usa u haven't mentioned...
if indian employer is different from usa employer..and indian employer asked to cancel the appointement...tell them
that ur project is in final stage so u canceled the appointements..
if usa employer asked to cancel tell them
reason told by usa employer..
