EAD

Hi,

I have applied for my EAD (I am on L2) in the month of Feb,2003. I have received the acknowledgement but I have not yet received my EAD. Can we work with the acknowledgement and if not can anyone let me know as usually how many days it will take to get EAD.

I am daily checking the case status online, it is the same. Even contacted the INS office also.

Dont hurry, it takes time & depends on which Service Center U applied to. Vermont responds less than 60 days infact within 32 days some others I beleive are late.

You definetely cannot work as U also need SSN number which U can apply only after receving the card. So just hang-in there.

Yaah!.. I have applied at vermont office only.. What if i do get after 90 days?
