Hi all,
I am currently in USA with my stamping valid till Sep 2007.
My currently petition is valid starting Jan 2003.
I came to USA last time and went back to India.
I spent more than 1 year (1 year and 5 months to be precise) and came again to USA.
Now my question is when I apply for Visa Extension in April, am I eligible for 6 years terms again? Reason being I have spent more than a year outside USA?
Pls reply.
