Discussion regarding the chances of getting H1B VISA after 221G issued twice

Dear Murali,

I have attended for H1B visa interview at chennai consulate on Nov 21 .

Following is the conversation with me and my VO

Me: wished
VO: wished
VO: asked the company offer letter
Me:Given
VO:she was typing some thing and asked do you have Unemployment wage report.
Me: No mam!
VO: Is it a serviced based company or product based
ME:Serviced based
VO: Then why r u going there
Me: They are developing an Inhouse product
VO: Issued 221 G and asked me to bring Unemployment wage report for last two quarters

Again i attended to the embassy on Dec 14 2006( Same lady that i faced initial)

Me: wished
VO: show me the Unemployment wage reportme
Me:showed and she said that this is not unemployment wage report( actually my company sent me employmnet wage reports and list of persons working with H1 status and with thire salary(notarised)
VO: She looked all the docs and was searching the bunch she hold
VO: Asked me do you have the letter stating that i am working for this Inhouse project
Me: i said no but my role and responisbilities are there in project description
VO: She has written again on Form 221g and said that u drop all the docs along with that letter with your passport. You need not to come here.
Me:Ok

Dear murali please analyse this case and tell me with your experience that what chances i have to get the visa approval.
Recently i have seen that two guys got rejected after sendinf all the docs with their passports.

I lost the hope and was mentally prepared for that. Just for name sake i have to drop those in the drop box. I am expecting that letter by this weekend.. I am planning to drop befor the next weekend.

Please reply immediately and can u please send me the format for internary of services & marketing analysis the one you recived from your clients.

each case is different, if someone got the rejection after dropping the docs doesn't mean u r also gonna be rejected. if u think u r doing everything right then have patience and confidence, u will get it. just follow the procedure.

Even I got my Visa stamped after getiing 2 times 221g(s), so dont loose your hope, everything will be fine.
