Is there a number or email address where they do respond? I have called all possible numbers of Indian embassy at Washington, send them an email but no response. Just cannot seem to get in touch with a person it seems like. I would really really appreciate any help

If anybody has any clue on how long does it take to get the PIO card by mail, pls post...
If you go directly, you will get it in the next week though.

I contacted the washington DC embassy by email since I could not leave a message (their inbox had so many messages, it had no more space!!). They were prompt in replying to my email.
My Q:I have not yet registered online. Before registering, I wanted to know
if I had enough time to receive the OCI status before FEB 15, 2007.
Thank You
Ans:The time taken for registration as OCI will be a minimum of 42 working
days from the date of receipt in the Embassy.
