Hi Simran/Murali,
I came to USA on H1b Visa Valid till October 2008 in April 2006 from company A and then i joined company B in June 2006.I have received my approval letter from company B too and now i am planning to visit india in March 2007.
Can i visit india and re-enter USA on the same valid visa which company A name or should i go for re-stamping of my h1 with my current employer name.
I am not aware whether Company has revoked my h1 or not.If in case they have revoked will my h1b valid visa till 2008 will be of no use.How to find whether they have revoked my h1 or not.
