H1-Transfer question

I am on H-1 visa with company A ( stamping is done ) and moving to company B . But my wife is in India on H-4 visa (company A ) , Is it ok to transfer my H-1 visa to company B while she is in India and she can enter into USA with out any issues ?

She also has approved H-1 , but still needs to get stamping. I hope she can still enter the states on H-4 .

Legally there is no issue, she can enter on H4 irrespective of ur current H1 company. But in 1 of the thread i read that if a person have approved H1 but no H1 stamping, then @ the POE, IO have asked her to go back and get the H1 stamping done and then enter as H1. It may be rare, but worth to investigate.
