Hi everybody,
I have a question regarding H4 application in India. A friend of mine (working in US on H1) is getting married to a guy in India. Now, the guy is from South Africa but will be moving to US on H-4. In India, my friend lives in Mumbai while the guy is from Kerala. Now, the question is:
Where does he need to go to for his H-4 interview ? To Mumbai Consulate since the primary applicant is from Mumbai or from Chennai consulate since his hometown is in Kerala ?
Since we are trying to get the dates ASAP it would be great help to get the reply back quickly.
