Hai Friends,
My parents have their interview on monday. My mom is a house wife and my father is a govt servant. He has applied for a NOC and it is under process. He has two heads. One immediately senior is Deputy Director and above him is the Director. The deputy Director has given a letter saying that my father has so many leaves available and he has no negative remarks that will stop him from taking leave. This letter is addressed to his head and a copy of this letter is given to my dad.
But the problem here is, the Director is out of station for a week.Nobody knows when he will return. My father has been visiting the Directors office continuosly last week. But till now the director has not signed it.
Can my dad appear with the letter given from his immediate senior head and give it to the VO when asked for a NOC? or should he explain to the VO saying that it is under process and he will get it in a week or so?
