Hi,

I got my H1B visa and my employer is in Fremont,CA.
My husband works in Dallas,TX. I would like to visit him before actually moving to CA.
Please let me know if i can travel to Dallas directly or will it pose a problem at Port of Entry.

Can anyone please advise..Thanks for your time.

Hi,
I think there shouldnt be any problem. Since you have a valid h1b visa, and you are travelling in US, it shoudnt be any problem, unless you move out of the country.

Thanks so much.
So does that mean i can give my Dallas address in my I-94.
Will there be a need to mention my Fremont address anywhere else.

your port of entry can be any valid location within US :)
