All,

My father was refused his VISA under 221 (g). He was informed that US VISA needs further investigation in his case and will get back after few days. It has been almost 2 months now but he has not received any call from VFS.
Has anyone faced this kind of problem. If yes, please reply.

if your dad's occupation is listed in TAL, it would take sometime for them to issue visa.

i hav one query i hav applied fr h1b and i attende my visa on oct26th they hav kept under 221g mentioning to enclose few documents ihav submitted in drop box today ihav got reply they hav send only the passport n other form which is in yellow ..mentioning tht your we are not issuing visa and documents will b send to uscis .wat does it mean and nothing is written in my passport except back side of cover case221g thts it waht is the satus of mine can u guide me
