Hi!!
I have some questions regarding invitation letters and other documents. My parents visa appointment date is on Feb 2nd 2007 and they are planning to come in March end.

1) When should I send (latest/earliest) i-134, invitation letters and other important documents?

2) My husband is a sponsor. So, I am thinking to keep his name in the invitation letter since he'll be providing other supporting documents including i-134. Is that okay or should we include both our names?

3) Invitation should be given how many months/days in advance. Invitation letters should be what dated.

Thanks

Anytime within two months prior to interview date.

It does not matter whether you include both name or only one.

Dated within two months prior to interview date should be sufficient.
