what r strong ties n bak to bak visa appointments?

I hav 2 queires-
1) My parents doesn't hav any strong bank balances/property in India, The only ties they can show is mothers running business,current lawyer profession, fathers pension papers from previous government job and one unmarried and studying brother?
Will this be sufficient?

2)My husbands parents got visa in nov and now my parents r appearing in jan,what wud be the possible qustions consulate can ask for back to back visa sponsoring? what will be the best answer parents can give?

2. this is a very common situation and many people have gone through it without any problem. Last year My parents and in-laws appread for theinterview with 1 week and both got visa for 10yrs. So this is not a issue.
