Hi,
I am planning on sponsoring my mother in law and brother in law for the visitors visa. The questions I have are:
1. Is it possible to get the appointment for both of them on the same day? If so, will they be interviewed together?
2. How long is the wait time in Chennai?

1) Yes, It is possible to get the appointment for both your Mother in law and Brother in law on the same day.
will they be interviewed together? This depends on the consular. Some time they may call both or some time one by one.
2) At present wait time is 3-4 weeks. But you can always
try you luck by regularly looking at the available date in web appointment calender ( I am not sure whether this is applicable for Mumbai or not)
