interview in regional language at Kolkata

My mother and father will appear for visa interview in January. At the time of scheduling their appointments, there was no way to opt for regional lanaguage. Can anyone please suggest me the process for scheduling interview in regional language at Kolkata, since I've already scheduled their appointments in English.

As far I know, when person arrives at Kolkata consulate and submit application forms, he/she will be asked for language preference.

Thanks so much for your reply Poragoru. But I have a doubt though. Since both of their interviews have already been scheduled in English, and they opt for regional language on their interview day, then are you sure they won't be asked to re-schedule?
