Hai,
My Mother-in-law and parents have their interview on Dec 4th 12 noon in Chennai. My husband sent three sets of sponsor docs for each one of them. We didnt book their interview as a group. Also my mom and dad's interview is also not booked as a group/family. We didnt know how to book as a group. All of them have the interview at the same time.
I want to know if it is better for my parents and MIL to appear together for the interview or should they opt to go to two different VO.

Please suggest.

Hai murali,
My husband sent all the three sets of docs together. In all the three I-134 he mentioned that he has not sponsored anyone previously. If my MIL attend the interview first and then my parents go to some other VO for interview, will the VO think that my husband has already sponsored my MIL.
As I mentioned earlier, all three of them have the same interview time and date. But when they stand in Q for attending interviews separately and my MIL goes first and the visa is granted then when my parents go at someother after that, will it be considered that my husband already sponsored my MIL. In such a case my parents I-134 information will become false.
I am a bit confused about this

As all the interview are on same date, that should not be a problem.

Thanks Poraguru....

So the system does not reflect the details of granted visa immediately?

The information provided by your husband in the I-134 is accurate "as of the date the I134 was prepared". So, legally, your husband did not do any mistake and the second/third applicants will not be questioned on that. The VO will not know and/or can not cross check this factor. He only cares to see the salary, bank balance and number of dependents in the I134.

My suggestion is for your parents to appear together and your MIL attend separately and neither parties should mention that their daugther's MIL or daughter-in-law's parents are also in the same line. But, as Murali said, it doesn't really matter as long as everything else is good.
