Need some clarification and inputs asap

Hi, I have appalied for a B2 visa and my interview is on the 29th Dec this yr. Im planning to visit a friend. Im currently working as an AM and im gonna have a leave approval letter too. I am 24. Though i know that it all depends on how i convince the VO but as i am single and young, are there any other tips that i should know in order to make sure that i do get the visa. Im only going for two weeks.Im only worried about being single and so young and on top of that being a girl..I have all the finances and a return ticket too...
Can anyone give me some any inputs tht i need to know.

You will need :

1. Proof of return back.
2. Proof of strong ties abck to home country.
3. Proof of actual purpose of visit.
4. Poof of sufficient funds for the trip.
5. Lots of Luck and good interview.
