Amazing delays in getting bank verification letters

There has been amazing delays in receiving the bank verification letters. I had asked for citibank statement and they posted it on Nov 11. I received it yesterday (Nov 27). Guess it is due to the holiday season...

I am now waiting for the Bank Of America verification letter :-(

Did Bank of America deduct $10 from your account? If not, they are not processing your letter request yet. It took me about 2-3 days to get the fax after they debited $10 from my account. I got the same letter by mail after 3 weeks after the visa appt was over.
