how to collect passport from bluedart office

I think the person needs to go to assigned BlueDart office in person and collect his/her passport. He needs to show a photo id (e.g. voters id).

Someone else can collect passport provided he/she has an signed authorization letter.

My above information is unreliable because I heard it from someone. I think you should call either VFS or Blue Dart office for reliable information.
