Birth certificate

i am sending sponsor's papers for my mom's visa. One of the papers required is birth certificate. I do not have a birth certificate.

In India, high school certificate is considered as birth certificate. I have that certificate and other degree certificates that show my birth. would these suffice for birth certificate?
