i am going to book appointment for my parents while booking online need to book appointment sparately for both or onely one appointment is enough can anyone clear for me!!

You can have one appoitment for both. Just click "Add". It will ask you the Passport Number and name of the second applicant. Hope that helps. I just did for my in-laws.

but i cant book the appointment online i entered all information but for the choosing date option all dates are in red thats (all months are in red) what can i do the entered info will affect the future appointment pls let me know thanks again
