CAN I VISIT INDIA AND COME BACK WHILE I AM PREGNANT?

HI

MY NAME IS DEEPA..AND MY HUSBAND AND I ARE PLANNING TO VISIT INDIA IN NOVEMBER(FOR VISA STAMPING) AND I WILL BE IN MY FOURTH MONTH OF PREGNANCY.

BUT I HAVE HEARD RUMORS THAT WHILE COMING FROM INDIA TO THE UNITED STATES A WOMAN CANNOT BE PREGNANT. IS THIS TRUE? WHERE CAN I GET THIS INFORMATION VERIFIED?

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

I don't think there is any such rule. Because the question is not asked any where in the embarkation/disembarkation form. But in case of visitors( b2) if you look like a pregnant then the chance of denying entry is more.

I returned fronm India when I was 4 months pregnant.
As far as I know you can travel till you are 7 months pregnant, provided you have a valid US visa. After 7 months the airlines might ask for doctors permission saying that you are fit for travel and not in risk of immediate delivery.
