Hi,
Do you think the DS 156 forms MUST be printed back to back. Is there any problem if the form is printed in two different sheets? Did anyone use the DS 156 with 2 different pages and stapled? I appreciate your time on this matter.

you could print in 2 pages, actually it comes 3 pages, stapple them and take for u r interivew. i did like that only.

Even I had printed it on 2 pages. Got my stamping yesterday... it means thats okay.

guys then need something to scan, all the data is stored electrnically. doesn't matter its printed on 1 page or 3 pages. scan barcode is a must.
