Hi guys, I have personal appearance at the chennai consulate on 21st November. I would like to know how the documents should be arranged. Should i put it in a green folder? What type of folder?

Any folder that does not have any metal (metal will create problem in metal detector). If you can tab each page that can be useful for VO/you to find documents.

1. You can use any decent looking folder, transparent, gray or something like that.
2. To arrange docs, they will help you out to arrange them before going to any wondow.
3. Keep two folders, one having all the docs that VFS site mentions; second having all other supporting docs that you are carrying (like IT returns, etc.).
