My in-laws are staying in Maharashtra, they fall under Mumbai Consulate.

My in-laws are under 60 years. They are planning to take appointment and then send documents thru Blue Dart and then go for interview.

Q1 - What constitues relative status document for sending through Blue Dart. My H1 visa expired, pending I-485, am i working on EAD. Do i need to send I-485 Receipt notice, Advance Parol and EAD ?

Q2 - Do they need to send I-134, my passport copies and other sponsor documents send by me? Please help.

Q3 - Is there a way they can directly go to the consulate for interview.

Q4 - can they take interview date through phone and go directly for interview w/o sending the application form first through Blue Dart.

Q5 - Do i have to send original birth certificate. Is it mine or my wife's?

They need to take an appointment first.
You can do that for them by setting up via internet at VFS website(www.visa-services.com)
There is no way to go to consulate without setting an appointment of rinterview.
All the documents are required at them time of interview.
Copy of I485 and EAD will do.
BirthCertificate of blood relative od applicant means thier daughter means your wife.

Hope this answer your questions.
