Hi,

I am just wondering if I can go to Canada or Mexico (since I live in California) for stamping my 9th year H1B extension. I have not stamped my visa for past 2-3 years almost, as I have not left USA at all. If my stamp gets rejected , can I anyway return to US by any chance? In such a case what will happen to those (like me) who are renting an apartment? How will I arrange to vacate and sell car and other belongings etc.

Need advise please.

Thanks.

Vacating the apartment, selling the car etc.. are the big problems in case of VISA rejection. Honestly I can just suggest you make all the prepartions with your friends. This is the worst case anyway..

Hope everything goes well without any problem.
