Hi,
Primus Communications is a long distance company. (It does not sell calling cards; it's a carrier, much like AT&T or MCI.) It advertizes agressively on Zee TV, and the rates are very competitive, but you must beware of Primus's business practices. These folks tell potential customers that they're offering 30 free minutes to India, per month for six months. What they don't tell you is that you get the free minutes only if you make calls over $25 in the month! This fact is sprung on you by the operator you talk to when you receive your first bill.
I had this experience, and spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor didn't really speak to me; rather, he read me his rules, and ended with, "you may pursue this however you like."
Pretty professional, eh?
