Hi adn Very Good morning to all
THis forum is really informative to all.
I am having One query as follows
1. My Mother is having her Visa Apt in the first week of DEc.
i came here in 2005 on H4 Visa. I applied for my H1B through one consultant and it is approved now.
i got the status from USCIS online service. and i am waiting for right opprotunity from my consultant.

So my question is

If VO Ask about me to my mother what should she answer. Could anybody suggest me the most appropriate answer to this?

Your mother should never say that youa re waiting for a project. Always make sure that you are working and ask your mother to tell that you are working for your company. They wont ask you if you are at a client site as they would not know.
So tell your mother to say that you are working with your comapny name.

and also send a letter from the consultant that you are a fulltime employee
