Passport delivery help

My inlaws have interview on Nov16,if visa is issued how the passport will be delivered,is there any charge i need to pay for delivery of passport.Thanks .

No. That is included in VFS fee.

After giving visa, passports for my parents were handed over by VFS Mumbai to BlueDart on Monday, 6th Nov.to be held at BlueDart Borivali location
(As requested by us). But until morning of 10th the passports have not arrived at Borivali BlueDart. Their phone line was busy all day later on 10th. I thought that it only takes 2 days for metro delivery or 3-4 days at max.
BlueDart Borivali is not able to help. I don't know why they can't track it.
VFS office is closed from Friday(holiday) until Sunday and my parents tickets are booked for 15th eary morning. Hopefully they haven't sent those to Nagpur which is their parmanant address as they are in Mumbai!!. I should have asked them to pick up at the counter :( ... I just sent a mail to BlueDart Centralised Customer service. Don't know whats gonna happen...
Any suggestions?

Go to BlueDart website ( http://www.bluedart.com ) and try to track it by giving passport numbers as ref number (not waybill number).

I doubt VFS is going to sent it to Nagpur, as it's not their policy to send outside Mumbai for security reason.

BlueDart website is not able to find the passport nos. as reference nos.
I also got reply from their customer service that they have not received the shipment for the given passport nos. yet. And if its not in their system, less chances that they would have shipped to Nagpur.
Now, either there's someting wrong in Tracking feature of VFS website or they have misplaced passports or something...BlueDart gave a phone for VFS thats not listed on website...we r gonna try it now or will have to wait until Monday.

My parents got the passports. The problem was when they called BlueDart to check if passports are arrived, the staff asked them for passport number & not the receipt barcode. My dad also forgot to metion or ask if they need barcode...But then they went directly & when showed the barcode reciept. Looks like passports has arrived after 3 days of interview.
Anyway, it was a pleasant surprise to see 10 yrs. multiple visa as the VO said she was giving for 6 months :) !
