Notarizing the documents

Hi,

I have to send documents to my mother for B2 Visa, I was wondering do I have to notarize all the documents(Passport,H1-B papers,bank statements e.t.c) or just I-134 needs to be notarized.

Only I-134 needs to be notorized. Not other documents.
