Re-Visit United stated after I94 expiration date

Hi

My mom is in United states on 10 year multiple entry b4 visa. She is planning to leave to home country on Dec 2006 and visit us back again for the summer in May 2007. Her I-94 for the current stay expires on April 14th of 2007. Is there any problem in re visiting with in 30 days from the date of expiration of her I-94? Will her 10 year visa be voided by officials if she do so ? Is there any documents she need to submit on her re-entry ?

if leaves before the I-94 expiry , thats what is important.
Her re-entery wont have any adverse effect on re-entry, however when she visit next she should expect questions at POE of why is she visiting after the gap of few montsh, since she last left and she can a geniue answer with confidence. Geenrally for aged/senior/parents it is not a big problem at POE.
