information regarding property docs

hi
my parents r going for visa this month 27.

they dont have their original property documents as the house is taken on loan from hdfc.
as the loan is not yet cleared completely the original docs r with bank.

they have a photocopy of it.

will it be ok if they show the photo copy to visa officer if heasks for the property documents.

pls suggest me

Photocopy will do. In aiddition, they can provide mortgage documents.
