Hi Friends

1) Is it ok, if we take a group appointment for my parents and my uncles family (my father's brother and his wife) in telugu language? My husband is sponsering them and iam on H4.

Does sponsering my uncle, going to effect my parents visa approval?
Please let us know, otherwise i will cancel the group appointment and will take the appointment for them individually.

My father is an agriculturist and mother is an house wife. My father's brother is a lawyer and his wife is house wife and they will be visiting for only one month.

2)We have $15,000 savings in our bank account? will that be enough to support 4 members ?

3)My fathers name is "Radhakrishna Murthy" and the name in the passport is "Radha Krishna Murthi". So i have written the "Radhakrishna Murthy " in Q.9 as other first and middle names used in DS-156. Is that ok?

Please let me know and all inputs are greatly appreciated.

1. Yes thats, however visa officer will look for individual elgibity and may ask questions from each them during the interview.

2. sponsoring 4 people with 15K saving may not be enough , but as long as all others documents are in place and interview goes well, this may be only a minor issue.

To Murali and others, few more questions.

1)Is it ok, If we sponsor my parents and write that my uncle is going to pay for their trip (self) in DS-156 ? He has good bank balance.

2)Then, do we need to send I-134 for my uncle and aunt?

3)Also, Could you please tell me, what all documents we have to send along with the invitation letter to my uncle and aunt as mentioned in the previous post for the self sponsering?
