Help ..whether copy of Receipt notice is okay???

Hi

My employer sent the Approval Notice and other mandatory docs

Long back , he sent me the scanned copy of Receipt notice( i.e, i got Receipt notice on April 27th for my petition). Is that fine to take a copy of it ? or do i need original Receipt notice?A, pls let me know
