We are going to apply for my parents in-law at the consulate in Mumbai.
Probably only mother will travel/visit once visa is granted, but we are going to submit a joined application form anyways, is this OK? Are there pros and cons of submitting application for both vs. just for mother?
Some web sites advice to prepare two forms I-134 but most say single form is fine. What is safer?
The birth certificate is in native language, is it OK to submit the original certificate and affidavit of birth (already had to create one for I-485 earlier and would use the same)?
