H1 approval

hi,

i got I797C as notice of approval from my employer, also i got receipt notice from him.

do i also need to get the I129 from him?

or is I797C sufficient when i go for visa stamping?

if i want to transfer my H1, will i require I129 or will I797C be sufficient?

You should have I129 with you. It may not be asked in the Interview but you should have it with you.
