Hello everyone,
I am preparing my in-law for interview next week. Their visa was refused twice 3 years ago. Their first interview did not go well since they did not answer questions correctly, the second interview was short with only one question asked: who is in India and they answered one daughter who is unmarried and were refused again. So we decided to wait for a while and now it has been three years and we want to try again. The biggest change is their daughter in India is now married and they have one year old grand daughter. We are thinking this could be good reason as increase in family ties. Any other suggestion for possible questions during third attempt? Has anybody got Visa on third attempt?

Thanks
Rajesh

hi,
there is nothing like third attempt or so.... It depends on the VO , there are cases where they tried even after many refusals and then they succeeded. So go ahead and give a try it will click. Get the docs ready perfectly and ask ur in-laws to show property as ties in India....

all the best....Keep us posted

cheers,
rajesh

3 years is a very good gap and ensure the visa officer that your parents are
NOT DESPERATE in getting a visa which is good .Also since their daughter is married and settled. Defenetely VO is going to ask about his daughter. Answer very clearly that she is married and settled in XYX place and working in ABC company and if they have a kid mention that too..Keep a family photo of them with your parents as added proof.

All the best.

Thanks for the advice. I have one question: When the visa is denied they do keep the form DS156 with them and I believe the VO can write notes on it. Do they ever refer to the previous one to see why the Visa was denied what answers were given etc.
