Regarding H1 Transfer Urgent Kindly help

I have done H1 transfer from Company A to Company B two months back. I have a reciept number of the new H1 petition filed by company B and it is pending for approval. Mean while I got a very good offer from company C and company C is willing to transfer my papers through premium processing. I have all the payslips from company A and company B and I am not out of status for any time period.Kindly clarify me on following points.

1. Can company C transfer my H1 papers with reciept number I got through company B with latest payslips of past three months?

2. Can I send the copy of reciept notice to consulate which I got through company B and approval notice through company A for new H1 processing through Company C?

3. Would I need to wait till Petition through company B is approved? Company C may not wait so long

Please help me regarding this.

Yes, u need a receipt copy
2. Can I send the copy of reciept notice to consulate which I got through company B and approval notice through company A for new H1 processing through Company C?
Yes, not to consulate, it will goto USCIS
3. Would I need to wait till Petition through company B is approved? Company C may not wait so long
No, u can use receipt to file for another transfer from B-C
Please help me regarding this.
