I had mailed the Visitor visa extension papers by "Express mail" with return receipt to the following address, but when i tracked it today, it says "We attempted to deliver your item at 10:54 am on November XX, 2006 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made."
