Hi All..
I have question.. I am in US and want to give power of attorney to my father in India for purchase and sale of immovable property in my name in INdia..
How can I do that in USA?? What is the procedure here and is it the docment valid in India.. As I know in India when I grant a power of attorney to anyone I need to go to court and sign a stamp paper in front of magistrate..
Any suggestion or help is highly appreciated..
