Hello Everyone,
I have confusion with following two things
1) My parents and in laws are interviewing for visitor's visa in Early next year to visit my family for summer 2007-Does it make any difference if one person(H1 holder) is sponsoring all 4 people-will it create any negative implications for getting their visa.
2) I may be in process of changing employer during Dec-Jan period,my parents and in laws who will have visa interview ,will have my previous employer's name on their papers, there will be even chnage in address/state-what shud i do in this case.

Please advice.

thanks,

The number of people you can sponsor at the same time depends on the amount of income + savings + investment you have. If you are well-paid and have good amount of savings, nothing stops you from sponsoring number of people accordingly. For example, Bill Gates can sponsor million people just because he "little bit" rich.

You don't have to do anything. In case, the officer asks for your employer name, you parent should mention that you used to work for company A and recently you changed your employer to company B.
