Medical Treatment in USA

I monther is here in USA visiting to me.
I want to take her to Doctor as she has some medical problem since she is in India but she did not get much relief through India's treatment. She has just arrived.
Now what kind of optional Medical Insurance I should take for her treatment ?
How is the reimbursement ?
BTW, she has problem related to DIABETIS, abnormal blood pressure, back ache and leg ache.
