Hello guys,
Here is my situation. I have one old car, which I parked in the parking lot. When we moved they gave some stickers for the car. My wife pasted that in the back instead of in the front. Last year in the winter they towed the car and said that since the sticker is in wrong place they towed it. I taught it is ok. So they gave another sticker to put on car. I put that in the front.
My car had a flat tire recently. They put a note on the car saying they will tow it. We did not see that note and the car was towed. We called them asked why they did not even notify us? They said they go by sticker number and it does not match with any one. (When they gave the 2nd sticker they did not note it down.) So they towed it.
Whose fault is this? I am so angry and if possible I want to file a claim.
