Gap in Education and Laminated docs

Hi

I have two gaps,one gap in my education and other before start of my first job.

Both are of one year (approx) duration

I don't have any certificates for them,Since I was studying during the first gap to get into good college.
second gap, I was not able to find any job bcoz of year 2001 and market was down bcoz of sep 11.

Any suggestion what I can say to VO.

2) My m.sheets and degree are laminated. if I have to remove the lamination or I can carry laminated as well.
