just want to know whether w2 form is very important?

when u post a Q? u should post the context also. now i don't know whether u r talking about W2 in terms of first time H1 stamping or re-stamping.
In case of re-stamping, it does matter. but first time its not reqd.
Also r u talking about ur own W2 or ur company employees W2's

No, its not reqd. But if the CO have any doubts about the company's ability to pay salary then u will be asked to get company employees W2's which shows how much they r being paid per yr.

I checked with my employer they were establishe in 2004 and said that he cannot provide W2 , is it true that for new company they dont have W2?
secondly if i dont have company brochure ,can i get the print outs of the web site? will it work in the place of comp brochure?

if he didn't employ anyone in 2004 or later then there won't be any W2. But if he had employees but didn't pay as per the LCA then defn he doesn't want u to give W2 to avoid any problem.
Website p/o maynot work eventhough company brochure is not a very imp doc.
