2nd time h1b refusal after drop box please help reply me asap

Hello,

I have applied for my h1b visa in Chennai last month and i got 221g to submit some documents i have submitted documents in 20 days and got passport again with 221g form with this option how much time they would take for this please reply me very urgent as i have received my passport today only. Have any one having same case please help me

1 st time in 221g

A copy of the contract between the US employment agency (petitioner) and the job site (the location where you will actually work).

A letter (on letterhead) from the personnel department at the US job site stating that there is a vacancy for you.

The applicant's complete itinerary of services, including company names and addresses.


PLEASE TELL ME THAT HOW MUCH TIME US CONSULATE WILL TAKE ?
IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY AGAIN WITH DIFF PETITIONER ?

PLEASE REPLY ME ASAP SO CAN MAKE MY MIND TOO MUCH UPSET THIS TIME PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXP IF SAME CASE WITH YOU TOO.

contact ur company immg lawyer asap. its a kind of refusal and will take long time to resolve if ur company immg lawyer doesn't take a serious approach to clear the CO doubts.

1) for second time,did you went to consulate for interview or used VFS Drop box.

2) Did you gave all the documents when it sent for second time.

a) A copy of the contract between the US employment agency (petitioner) and the job site (the location where you will actually work).
b) A letter (on letterhead) from the personnel department at the US job site stating that there is a vacancy for you.
c) The applicant's complete itinerary of services, including company names and addresses.


3) Also can you tell me when you petition got approved and the date you attended the interview - to know how many months diff beetween the two dates.
