Hi All recently I had a very bad experience in buying my car .below is the story..

Like everyone I also started researching in edmunds read some reviews and found that Mlady in crystal lake,IL,Is offering low quotes for Nissan-altima.

I asked Mlady to send me a quote through E-mail and got a nissan ALtima 2006 with Abs and SRS ,special edition package for 17958 and they told the sales tax is 6.5% anywhere you live and free tyre change for life...[Woww]

I went there and got the deal fixed for 17800/-.After 2 days the person i spoke was not there and some other employee told he was handling my case.
they asked me to sign on the sales and purchase agreement saying additional equipment included.

when I call them and ask them to fax the list of additional equipment theysay the price is without ABS and Side airbags.the important thing is always a new person speaks to you over the phone to confuse you...

after all the aurguments I said i wanted to speak with the internet manager who gave me the quote and i have a proof of E-mail of it,the dealer "Mlady" says they dont care the quote of the internet manger and says he is on vacation...

Ok I said good bye to them, but next day some one from Mlady calls and forces me to buy the car as i have signed the sales agreemnt or else I will loose $500.I was pissed of and said I dont care and I am not going to buy the car if required will proceed legally....

then I complained to the owner Mlady he is cool but not respnsive.I complained to Nissan they where very good in handling my case and they also faxed to MLady saying they got a complaint from me....End of the story--

Ok ultimately what I wanted to tell you is dont trust the dealers though you get the quote from them....

Thanks for reading
