hi ,
I am sponsoring visitor visa for my in laws and i am on L1 B and have the I94 date as 27/01/2007. My company will apply the extension only on december 2006. The path2usa site sponsor requirements says that produce the visa copies, if visa has expired, give the photocopies of renewed visa. But one doesn't have to renew until the a month before I94 expiry date right? (I mean a month before I94 expiry company does apply for extension). So how can i produce I94 extension or any visa renewal documents. My in laws have their interview on 25 of October. Some said that all what they are verifying is whether i am a legal alien? So i am planning to produce my passport and visa pages and I94. Please advise whether this will be okay?
