We are planning to invite my parents,they have appointment in december.We are having a question here...who would be better to sponsor them...my husband or myself.I dont have tax return documents.I started working from march.My husband doesnt maintain much amount in his self accounts,we have joint account.He is on h1-b extension.

someone please help with this..

Joint account balance should be okay for your husband to sponsor. We personally have joint accounts and we have successsfully sponsored our parents and MIL using the bank statements and letters with both our names on them.

I do not know which one of you will be a better sponsorer based on your job scenarios. I suggest you to wait for others to respond..

1.At what address you will stay in us?
this should be my husbands address or it can be my address(we both work in different states)

2.name and telephone numb of person in u.s .who u will b staying with or visiting...

can I put my name or sponsors name(my husb name)

3.application prepared by...

can I put my name or that should be my husbands name as he is the sponsor?
